Our services are available to individuals and businesses primarily located in Penang and the wider Malaysian region. Service availability may be subject to change, and specific engagements are governed by individual engagement letters agreed upon between the parties.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our website or engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, to use our website and services only for lawful purposes, to respect the intellectual property and proprietary rights of ironbopa and third parties, and to refrain from any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of our website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials or reference numbers provided to you in connection with your engagement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and other materials — is the property of ironbopa and is protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. Where we prepare documents for you as part of an engagement, you retain ownership of the final deliverable, while we retain ownership of our templates, processes, and methodologies.
6. Payment Terms
Fees for our services are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are communicated to you before the commencement of work. For standard engagements, we offer fixed-fee arrangements as set out in our service descriptions. Payment is due upon completion of the engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods as communicated during your engagement. Late payments may be subject to reasonable administrative charges.
7. Service-Specific Terms
Will and Estate Planning: Wills prepared by ironbopa are drafted in compliance with the Wills Act 1959 (revised 1988) and applicable Malaysian succession law. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided to us for will preparation is accurate and complete. We recommend periodic review of your will, particularly following significant life events.
Tenancy Agreements: Tenancy agreements are prepared in accordance with the relevant provisions of the National Land Code 1965 and applicable state legislation. Stamping of the tenancy agreement is the responsibility of the parties to the agreement; we provide guidance on the stamping process but do not undertake stamping on your behalf unless separately agreed.
Intellectual Property Consultation: Our IP advisory service provides information and recommendations based on the Malaysian intellectual property framework, including the Trademarks Act 2019, the Copyright Act 1987, and the Patents Act 1983. Our consultation constitutes advisory guidance only and does not include the filing of applications unless a separate engagement is agreed upon.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, ironbopa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services. Our total liability in respect of any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that particular engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
